**Cancellation Policy**

 

At Bell Comfort Control, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your HVAC service appointment. We strive to accommodate our customers' needs while also managing our schedule effectively. Please review our cancellation policy below:

 

1. **Cancellation** 

   - You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your service appointment to receive a refund. 

   - Once you book your service, your payment guarantees your time slot to be serviced. 

   - If you fail to cancel your service within 24 hours, you will not be refunded.

   - Bell Comfort Control has the ability to cancel your appointment at any time and send a refund.

2. **Rescheduling:**

   - We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please reschedule within 24 hours of your service in order to be refunded.

3. **How to Cancel or Reschedule:**

   - To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please view your appointment link that we emailed to you. You will see the option to cancel or reschedule.
